Gender equality

In the framework of the law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future, the Ministry of Labour has set up an index aimed at eliminating professional inequalities between women and men in companies.
The tool contributes to the evaluation of inequalities between women and men, by age, in companies in the form of a score out of 100 (remuneration, increases, promotions, maternity leave, parity of top management).
If the score is less than 75 points out of 100, the company must take measures to correct the situation within three years, failing which it will be subject to a financial penalty.

The Index score for Colombus Consulting for the year 2024 for the 2023 data, estimated on the basis of four indicators, is 99 points out of 100.

  • Pay gap: 39 points out of 40
  • Individual increase gap: 35 points out of 35
  • Percentage of employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave: 15 out of 15 points
  • Number of employees of the under-represented gender in the top 10: 10 out of 10 points
